The renewal process for the Annual Travel Pass for 2021 has now ended.
In case of renewal, from the second week of February you will receive at your address the invoice for the payment of your Annual Travel Pass for 2021. You can also download it from tarjetatransportepublico.crtm.es.
For any other circumstance (loss of the card, change of zone of the Annual Travel Pass, etc.) you can go to one of the management offices of the Public Transport Card, except the offices of the EMT of Madrid, Parla and Valdemoro. Attention, only by appointment.

On the appointment date, you must go to the appropriate office with the documentation requested (except for the photo, which will be taken in the office). You will receive the card at the time.
Cards requested by new users shall cost EUR 4.00.

On October 31, the deadline to request Annual Passes for 2020 will end.
