You can request it as follows:
- Through the Internet, in which case you will receive the card at the address indicated on the application approximately 7 to 15 working days (tarjetatransportepublico.crtm.es)
- In person, scheduling an appointment calling at 012 or at tarjetatransportepublico.crtm.es, in the management offices of the Public Transport Card. On the appointment date, you must go to the appropriate office with the documentation requested (except for the photo, which will be taken in the office). You will receive the card at the time.
Cards requested by new users shall cost EUR 4.00.
It is important to provide contact details (email and mobile phone) in the application form so that we can report any incident in the management of the new card or its location in case of loss.
