How to get it?

Users who renew an annual travel pass

The CRTM will send a communication at the end of November to users who have the 2020 Annual Travel Pass, indicating how to proceed with the renewal of this ticket for 2021.

For any other circumstance (loss of the card, change of zone of the Annual Travel Pass, etc.) you can go to one of the management offices of the Public Transport Card, except the offices of the EMT of Madrid, Parla and Valdemoro.

      Cards requested by new users shall cost EUR 4.00.

    New users of an annual travel pass

    Users who want to purchase an annual travel pass for the first time may request it as follows:

    The user must pay the pass with a credit card.

    On October 31, the deadline to request Annual Passes for 2020 will end. Applications from November 1 will lead to the preparation of Public Transport Cards that will be delivered with the load of the Annual Passes that is requested, ready to be used from January 2021.

      It is important to provide contact details (email and mobile phone) in the application form so that we can report any incident in the management of the new card or its location in case of loss.
