  • The Public Transport Personal Card is a contactless technology card, a support where to load the transport tickets issued by the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid.

    Nature and expiration

    This is a personal and non-transferable card that expires 10 years after its issue date (4 years for cards loaded with annual travel passes). On the card, you can find the name and the photo of the holder, as well as the identification number of the card.

    Warranty

    The Public Transport Personal Card has a two-year warranty. During that time, the user shall have the right to request the replacement of a defective card at no cost, as long as these defects aren't due to its misuse.
