The Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid is developing the Sustainable Mobility Strategic Plan of the Madrid Region with a timeframe of 12 years (2013-2025), including more than 200 programmes comprised by 12 measures. This ambitious Plan, in which the Madrid Regional Government is working since 2013 in collaboration with different Administration pursuits the guidelines stablished in the Spanish Strategy on Sustainable Mobility (2009) and the main recommendations of the European Commission respect sustainable mobility.
